Mercure Pontianak gives surprise on early 2010, by cooperating with Garuda Indonesia

Garuda Indonesia is the largest national airline in Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia Service Centre at Mercure Pontianak was inaugurated by Vice Governor of West Kalimantan, Drs. Christiandy Sandjaya on 20th January 2010.

Garuda Indonesia Service Centre is ready to serve the clients with any ground services, such as flight reservation, ticketing, airline city check - in, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer and other flight services. With opening of Garuda Indonesia Service Centre, it provides convenience and comfort to Garuda Indonesia customers. Besides that, service officers will also give some solution and advice to their customers regarding tourism activities. Garuda Indonesia fly 3 times per day from Pontianak to Jakarta, it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes.

General Manager Garuda Indonesia said that there is a reason why Mercure Pontianak had been chosen to open Garuda Indonesia Service Centre, the location right at the city centre, easily accessible by everyone.
